Doggy Shampoo Bars

And we now have Doggy Shampoo Bars!  You probably didn't know this, but I've been making cold process for over a year now.  I'm a small home-based soap maker and the name of my company is Queen City Soaps.  Along with my line of people soap, I've added something for all the poo-tinky pooches that are out there!  Our doggy shampoo has super great ingredients that are dog safe!  And they are available for sale on our Etsy site! Each bar is super chunky and we have a variety of scents available!  So check out our Etsy shop for all that are currently available!

2009 Bloggie Awards...things that make you say, "hmmm"

I'm networked out the wa-zoo, so I have no idea now how I came to find out about voting for the 2009 Bloggie Awards but nevertheless, I found myself checking out the nominees in the various voting categories. All are in the running for the best blog of 2009. But as I browse, I notice something curious. There isn't a category for best pet blog! And I say to myself, "hmmm, why is that?" I mean, there's an awful lot of dogs with blogs who write very thoughtful posts and are truly committed to quality content on their blogs. Why not have a category for us dogs?! It's just not fair! So I emailed the sponsor contact (nikolai@nolan.net) to inquire. Sadly, I have yet to hear a reply.

Maybe you can try? If you get a response, please let me know, ok!

Saturday night "fun"...

Yeah so, all I wanted to do was play some ball with mom tonight, but she had other ideas. She brushed me and put a bow in my hair instead of doing what I wanted to do, then she said, I was too cute for words... I know from experience what's coming next! "cheeseburger!!" ugh, what's a yorkie to do? Yay me!

Vacation is over, I'm home!

Mom and dad finally got home from vacation and now I'm home! Thank you Nana for watching me while they were gone...I love you!! Here's a few pictures from vacation (and YES, mom did bring me presents for my birthday-YAY!)
